This was made with a Penny Black stamp. I added another heart to make it 3-D looking. I colored with prismacolors and gamasol. I added ribbon and diamond glaze to the water to make it look wet. I distressed the blue paper with hearts. I used the MS Rotary Tool for the scallop cut. Thanks for stopping by.
