Thank You Card

For this card, I stamped a Penny Black stamp and added prismacolors and mineral spirits. I added SU Crystal Effects over the water to make it look wet. I added distressing, stickles & ribbon. The sentiment is a close to my heart stamp and the flowers are from the elzybells (A Muse) line. TFL
