For this I used Cricut Doodlecharms at 1/2" for the heart. The scallop circle is 4" from Cricut Mini Mongrams. I added distressing, ribbon, stickles, SU Crystal Effects for the water, prismacolors and mineral spirits. The stamp is by Penny Black. The sentiment is a clear stamp by Studio G. TFL
