For this I used a Penny Black Stamp. Hello is from SU and the circle of hearts is a clear 1.00 stamp. I added rhinestones, flowers, stickles, ribbon, Daisy D paper, SU Crystal Effects on the dress. I colored her with prismacolors and mineral spirits. TFL
