Another Penny Black Thank You

For this I used Cricut Plantin Schoolbook at 1" for the scallop. I used a SU stamp for the sentiment. I added ribbon, rhinestones, distressing, stickles and mineral spirits to blend my pencils. I used a Rhonna Ferrer (think that's the name) Autumn Leaves Swirl. The stamp is by Penny Black. I added SU Crystal Effects to th flower petals. TFL
